HOW DO I ORDER MY PRINTING?

Ordering printing from us is dead easy! Once you have chosen your product, it takes just a few minutes. Please select the 'How To Order' link from the left hand menu for a full step by step guide.

YOUR PRICES ARE REALLY LOW, WILL THIS AFFECT THE QUALITY OF PRINT?

Not at all! We take great pride in the quality of our products whilst maintaining the lowest possible prices. We print on the highest quality stock using the latest state-of-the-art full colour printing presses, providing you with a top quality product you will no doubt be delighted with.

I NEED A QUOTE, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have a large order or would like to order a product that is not shown on this site, please use our 'Contact Us' service located in the left hand menu. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 24 business hours just in case. It would be really helpful if you could include as much detail as possible about the order to speed the process up, for example; quantity, paper weight and whether you require single or double sided print.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE PAPER WEIGHT AND FINISH OF MY ORDER?

When you select a product, the first page you are taken to is for its standard paper weight. If you would like to change this, please do so from the options below the grid before you click on the quantity. You will be taken to a new page with amended prices. Our products are printed on gloss finish as standard, but if you would like a matt finish please state this clearly when emailing or uploading your file. Please take into account whether your product will need to be written on using pen as this will normally require a matt finish.

WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept Press Ready PDF files. Nearly all programmes will convert files to this format. In PDF options, please ensure that you change all colour options to CMYK and all fonts to curves. You will also need to include a 3mm bleed. If you are having trouble converting your file, please contact us at info@chilliprintshop and we will be happy to help you out.

WHAT ARE RGB AND CMYK COLOURS?

RGB (red, green, blue) is the colour format used for screen(television, camera, etc) and CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) is the format used for professional printing. It is recommended that you send your file to us in CMYK format as this will guarantee a truer colour match when printed. We can not be held responsible for any changes in colour from files sent to us in RGB format. If you have had your product designed by a professional designer they will usually work directly in CMYK but if you are unsure please check with them first.

DO I NEED TO LEAVE A BLEED ON MY DESIGN?

It is recommended that all designs have a minimum 3mm bleed to ensure maximum quality of print.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery is free on any order within mainland UK...we're nice like that!

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND UK?

Unfortunately not. We like to keep our prices as low as possible and distribution becomes too expensive when shipping overseas.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After you have approved your order, you can expect delivery in approximately 5-10 working days. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before you order and we will do our best to accommodate this. All orders are shipped next day by courier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin prepping your file ready for print as soon as it reaches us, but you are able to cancel your order assuming it has not been approved or sent to print. All cancellations will incur a £20.00 cancellation charge to cover the prep costs. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent to print, we will be unable to offer you any refund. In the event of this, your order will still be printed and shipped accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

If you miss the delivery of your order, the courier will leave a card with specific information on how to retrieve it, either by redelivery or pick up. Once the product leaves us, it becomes the responsibility of the courier and it is up to them to make sure it is delivered to you safely. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged by the courier.

IS MY ORDER SUBJECT TO VAT?

Nope! The price you see is the price you pay. No VAT, no delivery charges, no hidden costs.

I WANT TO ORDER BUSINESS CARDS AND LEAFLETS AT THE SAME TIME, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

We are only able to process one single order at a time as each product will need its own personal order number. You will need to make separate payments for each product and they will each be shipped as soon as they are printed. Please make sure you include finish options and delivery details on each separate email or upload to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, check out our Package Deals page for options on multiple product deals. This can sometimes work out cheaper anyway!

HOW DO I SEND MY ARTWORK FOR PACKAGE DEAL ORDERS?

All you need to do is choose the appropriate deal for you and then add each piece of artwork to your order using www.wetransfer.com (you can upload multiple files on the same transfer up to a maximum of 2GB). Please make sure you quote your order number in the message box before sending to us at artwork@chilliprintshop.com

HOW DO I PAY?

We prefer you pay for your order securely using PayPal; don’t panic... you won’t need to register a PayPal account to use it.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes! PayPal hides your financial details so you don't have to share them online. PayPal also protects your purchases so just in case there's a problem, you can get your money back.
